Huntington Hills is a well-established community located in Violet Township (Northwest Fairfield County) and is a part of the Pickerington Local School District. Fire protection is provided by Violet Township, which also maintains our subdivision streets. The Fairfield County Sheriff’s Department provides Law enforcement. Fairfield County Utilities provides water and sewer services to Huntington Hills.

As a community, we have many fun and family-oriented activities that make Huntington Hills a great place to live and raise families, including:

  • A well-maintained swimming pool, which is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Although the Huntington Hills Civic Association does not operate this pool, membership is available to all residents from a separately elected Huntington Hills Recreation Club Board. Our pool also hosts a summer swim team, "The Froggers."
  • A large park located next to the pool, with soccer field, tennis court, basketball court, and playground equipment. In addition, we also maintain several miles of nature trails extending from the park to the Stemen Road entrance.
  • An annual Easter Egg hunt for children at the park.
  • A Summer Garden Contest.
  • An annual Halloween Parade through the subdivision ending at the park with doughnuts and cider.
  • Annual visits from Santa Claus to children submitting letters to Santa’s mailbox. Santa mailboxes are placed near the Huntington Way entrances following Thanksgiving and visits are made from 6 to 9 p.m. on a Sunday about two weeks before Christmas.
  • Annual awards are given to residents for Christmas decorations.
  • In 1999 we started our annual $1,000 Community Scholarship, given to a graduating senior living in the subdivision.
  • Optional pet registration to help with relocating a lost pet.
  • Each month (except July and August) all residents receive our Huntington Hills newsletter, "The Holler." Also available online.
  • Every two years we distribute a directory of Huntington Hills residents with updated lists distributed on the "off" year.
  • "Community Garage Sales" in May and September.
