Huntington Hills is a well-established community located in Violet Township (Northwest Fairfield County) and is a part of the Pickerington Local School District. Fire protection is provided by Violet Township, which also maintains our subdivision streets. The Fairfield County Sheriff’s Department provides Law enforcement. Fairfield County Utilities provides water and sewer services to Huntington Hills.
Read more...We are organized as the Huntington Hills Civic Association, operating under the Huntington Hills Code of Regulations with five Trustees. The Trustees are Huntington Hills Residents elected for two-year terms. The terms are staggered so that each year, either two or three Trustees are elected.

To maintain the value of our neighborhood, we maintain a Code of Regulations, which contains Deed Restrictions. We also have an Architectural Control Committee that reviews planned exterior home modifications.
