    Important Notice: Newly Adopted Amendments in Effect and Rental Property Registry

    Dear Residents of Huntington Hills,

    We write to inform you that the recently adopted amendments to our governing documents, rental restriction and electronic communications, have been officially filed with the Fairfield County Recorder and are now effective as of October 31, 2023.

    For your convenience, the official filing documents are available on the “Documents” page of the Huntington Hills Civic Association (HHCA) website: https://huntington-hills.org/documents/ 

    As part of these amendments, we are implementing an HHCA Rental Property Registry. If you own a rental property in Huntington Hills, we kindly request that you email the HHCA at hhcatrustees@gmail.com within the next 90 days with the following details:

    • Property Owner’s Name
    • Property Address
    • Duration the Property Has Been a Rental

    Your prompt cooperation in providing this information is essential to maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. If a rental property is not registered within 90 days of this letter, the property will be in violation of the neighborhood’s bylaws and steps to correct the violation will commence.
