    September HHCA Meeting

This is the first official meeting of the new Board for the 2021-2022 year. On the agenda...we will be addressing the high volume of deed restriction violations that have come in over the summer via the HHCA website, HHCA Facebook Pages, and emails.  We will also be discussing the current situation with some of the rentals within the community that are not being taken care of properly. The park and entrances to the community, Fall events, and Holler distribution are also topics being brought to the table. The board will also establish a regular meeting schedule so residents can save the dates.

The meeting starts at 6:30 p.m. and will be at the park off of Springbrook Drive.  The meeting typically lasts one hour. If there is a topic that you would like discussed at one of the trustee meetings, please email us in advance so we can allocate time and add it to an upcoming meeting agenda. As always, we welcome and encourage residents to come and partake in the discussions, but please keep in mind there are several items on each agenda so in the interest of everyone, we must keep the meetings moving.

For topics you would like to see on future agendas please email Sheila Rossiter.

Wednesday, September 15 at 6:30 p.m. at Huntington Hills Park at the end of Springbrook Drive

Please bring a lawn chair. For the health and safety of everyone- if you are sick, please do not attend. Masks encouraged but not required.

In the event of inclement weather, we will hold the meeting via Google Meet. The link information will be posted on the HHCA Facebook Page. Please make sure you are a member of the Huntington Hills Civic Association Facebook Page to stay up to date on the latest information.
