Shed Recap from November Trustee Meeting

The Trustee’s met on Thursday, November 19 for their monthly meeting and the topic of amending the by-laws that prohibits sheds on lots in the neighborhood.

Huntington Hills Resident Brandon Dodson proposed bringing a ballot to the neighborhood to vote on the issue. The Trustees felt the issue should go through a petition process first to gauge the interest level in the neighborhood before securing legal representation to draw up papers to bring the issue to ballot and subsequently beginning the process of new language in the by-laws.
